This infographic was especially meaningful because I illustrated the Philippine tarsier entirely by hand using Procreate, then brought the layout and visual explainers together in Adobe Illustrator. I wanted the main illustration to feel organic and lifelike, while the rest of the design supported it with clear information, labels, and iconography. Growing up Filipino, the tarsier is a culturally significant animal I’ve known about since I was young, so this project gave me a chance to explore it more deeply through research and storytelling. My goal was to balance education and artistry by using natural textures, warm earth tones, and a rainforest-inspired style that reflected its habitat. This project helped me combine traditional drawing with digital design, creating an infographic that celebrates both the tarsier’s uniqueness and its importance to Philippine wildlife.
